Returns
Eligible returns are accepted for refund to your original payment method less the taxes, and shipping fees, with a restocking fee of 30% or the full value of the dress less the shipping and duties in store credit on all purchases. Returns must be requested within 5 business days of receiving your order and you will have 5 business days to ship the dress back upon receiving the RA in original packaging with tags on and security ribbon uncut(if applicable). Items must be returned in original condition and unworn. If an item is worn, stained or damaged upon return it will be rejected. This includes rips and tears, damaged zippers, deodorant, makeup or sweat stains, dog or cat hair, odours, alterations or any other damages to the gowns original integrity. Please allow up to 14 days for processing domestic returns and 21 days for processing international returns. Return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer. Not available for final sale items.
Exchanges
Eligible items are exchangeable for the full value less the shipping charges in store credit. An exchange must be requested within 5 business days of receiving the item and must be shipped back within 5 business days of receiving return shipping label in original packaging with tags on and security ribbon uncut(if applicable). Items must be returned in original condition and unworn. If an item is worn, stained or damaged upon return it will be rejected. This includes rips and tears, damaged zippers, deodorant, makeup or sweat stains, dog or cat hair, odours, alterations or any other damages to the gowns original integrity. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please allow up to 14 days for processing, an e-gift card will be sent to the customers email. Store credit cannot be used towards shipping charges on future purchases. Please note that if you need a different size that shipping dates vary on items or may not be available for reorder, for more inquiries please contact customer support. Damaged Orders
For any orders received with damages that may have occurred in the shipping process please contact customer support within 48 business hours of receiving your order with your order number, date received, and clear images of the damages to the dress and packaging.
