How to Measure
How to take your own measurements at home step by step!
1. Stand in front of a mirror in tight fitting clothes
2. Using a soft tape measure start with the bust measurement, place the tape measure flat across your back checking the mirror to ensure it is straight, record the measurement at the fullest point of your bust.
3. For the waist measurement find the smallest point of your waist this is typically around your belly button to two fingers above. Checking that the tape measure is flat and straight record your waist measurement.
4. For the hip measurement we are not looking for where your hip bones sit (this would be your high hip) we want the fullest part of your hips. Using the mirror to check that the tape measure is flat and straight record the measurement at the fullest point of your hips.

These three measurements are what you will find on the size charts with each gown. In evening wear it is normal to need alterations as there isn't as much stretch as in everyday clothing. Find where your measurements fall on the size chart and select the largest size your measurements fall under, the rest of the dress can be taken in by a local seamstress if you fit between multiple sizes. If you are unsure what size to order please feel free to send us an inquiry and we can assist you!
