Do I need an appointment?

Yes, appointments are required in order to have a full session with a bridal and evening wear consultant. We may allow evening wear walk ins if appropriate but please keep in mind that as consultants we are there to make your shopping experience easier and booking an appointment is the only way to ensure you receive our undivided attention.

What should I bring to my appointment?

Any undergarments you would like to wear with your dress, Preferably nude.

When should I order my wedding dress?

We recommend buying 10-14 months in advance, because bridal gowns take 6-8 months to come in, and you'll want to leave plenty of time for alterations! if you are short on time we also offer wedding gowns off the rack, but please consider that shopping our off the rack will limit your options as there are limited sizes in store.

What sizes are your sample dresses?

Our bridal sample gowns range from size 6 to 26 . We have some tips, tricks and clips to help give you the best idea of the gowns fit.  However, we are able to order up to size 32 bridal in store.

How many people can I bring with me?

Our boutique comfortably sits the bride plus 4-5 guests. While you may want to bring along many of your closest friends and family members, it can easily make dress shopping more difficult. It's hard to listen to your own voice when you are hearing the opinions of so many others. Bringing along a few of your loved ones keeps the experience special and focused on you.

What is a trunk show?

A trunk show is a special event when our boutique features a specific designer’s entire or latest collection for a limited time.  It is also a chance for you to meet the designer of your gown and have access to exclusive trunk show discounts.

Should I bring shoes/heels?

For the best experience during your bridal dress fitting, we recommend leaving your shoes or heels at home. Our dresses are crafted with delicate materials, and wearing shoes could accidentally damage them. Don't worry, though! We have a pedestal available to help you envision the full look of the gown, including the perfect height.

How early should I order evening wear?

Evening wear orders typically take around 3-5 months to come in. If it is past that term and you still need a dress you are more than welcome to come in store and look for a gown off the rack, we carry sizes 0 to 24 as our samples, with the possibility to order up to size 36 in certain collections.

When should the mothers order their dresses?

Gowns for moms are to be ordered 6-8 months in advance. If it is past that deadline we do offer a selection of off the rack gowns, although it is good to keep in mind that sizing is limited when purchasing off the rack.

Do you offer alterations?

We're happy to provide alterations right here in our store. There is an additional cost for this service.

The time needed for alterations can vary, typically taking anywhere from 2 to 4 months. It really depends on the specific alterations required and the time of year.

Alteration costs for bridal dresses usually vary between $350 and $650, depending on the specific alterations needed.
