Our evening gowns can take up to 6 months to arrive once ordered. We always recommend ordering early to allow extra time for alterations. In stock items will ship once the order has been processed. Shipping dates will vary depending on the region.

Click the "How to Measure" button for how to accurately take your own measurements and tips on selecting the size best for you. Alterations are typically necessary to achieve a perfect fit in bridal and evening gowns.
Returns
Eligible returns are accepted for refund to your original payment method less the taxes, and shipping fees, with a restocking fee of 30% or the full value of the dress less the shipping and duties in store credit on all purchases. Returns must be requested within 5 business days of receiving your order and you will have 5 business days to ship the dress back upon receiving the RA in original packaging with tags on and security ribbon uncut(if applicable). Items must be returned in original condition and unworn. If an item is worn, stained or damaged upon return it will be rejected. This includes rips and tears, damaged zippers, deodorant, makeup or sweat stains, dog or cat hair, odours, alterations or any other damages to the gowns original integrity. Please allow up to 14 days for processing domestic returns and 21 days for processing international returns. Return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer. Not available for final sale items.
Exchanges
Eligible items are exchangeable for the full value less the shipping charges in store credit. An exchange must be requested within 5 business days of receiving the item and must be shipped back within 5 business days of receiving return shipping label in original packaging with tags on and security ribbon uncut(if applicable). Items must be returned in original condition and unworn. If an item is worn, stained or damaged upon return it will be rejected. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please allow up to 14 days for processing, an e-gift card will be sent to the customers email. Damaged Orders
For any orders received with damages that may have occurred in the shipping process please contact customer support within 48 business hours of receiving your order with your order number, date received, and clear images of the damages to the dress and packaging. Dry clean (do not dry clean if there is glitter) or professional spot clean only. Steaming your dress from the inside out is the safest way to get wrinkles out. Ironing is not recommended. To maintain the integrity of your gown use the hanger loops when putting your dress on the hanger to prevent stretching the straps. Store in a garment bag or next to soft fabrics to prevent pulls in the material. When doing up the zipper, fasten the hook and eye and then push the zipper in towards the body holding the bottom of the zipper taut to prevent bending the teeth or blowing out your zipper. On heavy gowns or when there is a tricky spot on the zipper hold your waist and push the fabric towards the zipper to prevent additional strain on the teeth.
