Dry clean (do not dry clean if there is glitter) or professional spot clean only. Steaming your dress from the inside out is the safest way to get wrinkles out. Ironing is not recommended. To maintain the integrity of your gown use the hanger loops when putting your dress on the hanger to prevent stretching the straps. Store in a garment bag or next to soft fabrics to prevent pulls in the material. When doing up the zipper, fasten the hook and eye and then push the zipper in towards the body holding the bottom of the zipper taut to prevent bending the teeth or blowing out your zipper. On heavy gowns or when there is a tricky spot on the zipper hold your waist and push the fabric towards the zipper to prevent additional strain on the teeth. Returns and exchanges are accepted for refund or store credit within 7 days of delivery in original packaging with tags on and security ribbon uncut. Items must be returned in original condition and unworn. If an item is worn, stained or damaged upon return it will be rejected. This includes rips and tears, damaged zippers, deodorant, makeup or sweat stains, dog or cat hair, odours, alterations or any other damages to the gowns original integrity. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please allow up to 14 days for processing domestic returns and 21 days for processing international returns.
Exchanges
Items are exchangeable for the full value less the shipping charges in store credit. Store credit cannot be used towards shipping charges on future purchases. Please note that if you need a different size that shipping dates vary on out of stock items or may not be available for reorder, for more inquiries please contact customer support.

Here at Bella Bridal we do our best to make sure each gown is packaged properly and arrives to you safely. Our quality control team inspects each dress before shipping for any damages and tests the zippers to. Any gowns with beading or sparkles are very delicate and a few beads or sparkles may fall off in the shipping process this is normal and no reason to panic. This is not something we have any control over and unless we are dealing with major damages we can not replace your gown. If you do lose a few beads a local seamstress will be able to sew them back on for you, sorry for any inconvenience!
Our bridal gowns take up to 8 months to arrive once ordered. This timeline allows for production and any necessary quality checks to ensure your gown is perfect. We always recommend ordering early to allow extra time for alterations and peace of mind leading up to your special day. Some gowns can come in as quickly as 1 month if the designer has your size available in stock send us an inquiry for rush and availability! Shipping dates will vary depending on the region.
